Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Mosaic is looking for a contract recruiter to join the North American Talent Acquisition Team. This would be a 6+ month contract assignment with opportunities for extension. This individual would work a hybrid schedule from Mosaic’s Regina office or Esterhazy location and travel to Mosaic’s mining sites in Esterhazy, Belle Plaine, and Colonsay.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage individual requisition load, while focusing on candidate and customer experience
  • Full life cycle recruiting for Mosaic’s salaried and hourly positions primarily supporting Mosaic’s Canadian mining sites
  • Responsible for full recruiting processes to include preparing job postings, intake meetings with managers to determine recruiting strategy, phone screening candidates, negotiating salary, coordinating offers, and finalizing the hiring process.
  • Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers that are customer-service focused and relate back to the Mosaic brand
  • Research and source candidates and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
  • Attend recruiting events in support of Mosaic’s TA recruiting strategy and develop relationships with local universities, trade schools, and organizations.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
  • Strongly prefer individuals with previous Workday experience
  • Experience in recruiting for operations, engineering, and corporate positions within an industrial or manufacturing organization.
  • 3+ years of combined recruiting experience in both staffing agency and corporate recruiter roles
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage individual requisition load in a large corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate with hiring managers, HR partners and other stake holders at various levels of the organization
  • Premier customer services skills and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions at one time through the entire recruiting life cycle
  • Clear understanding of the recruiting process, the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and a willingness to enhance that experience through streamlined processes and consistency.
  • Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple searches across several disciplines
  • Ability to manage job requisitions and maintain job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and additional channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
