Description:
- Serve as a trusted on-boarding and compliance advisor to hiring managers, business leaders and the contingent workforce.
- Delivers an ethical and customer focused compliance service.
- Daily interaction with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure effective delivery of contingent workers
- Provision of advice and support to key stakeholders on legislations surrounding the contingent workforce including but not limited to IR35 & AWR
- Act as a focal point for all stakeholders regarding the contingent workforce.
- Proactively case manage more complex live issues.
- Confidentiality extend verbal and written offers to contingent workers, advising them of the screening process and what is required before they can start their assignment
- Maintaining focused and regular contact with contingent workers
- Assisting the key stake holders and contingent workers with complex queries relating to VAT, IR35, AWR etc
- Arranging and hosting regular events, workshops and seminars
- Undertake client site visits as required.
- Maintaining regular contact with key client representatives (including HR, hiring managers, project managers) to understand issues and upcoming activities that will affect the contingent workers and clients.
- Advising and updating clients/contingent workers on changes in legislation and legal requirements
- Proactive in obtaining accurate forecast for current and future projects.
- Comply with all company and legislative data protection requirements.
- Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree level qualification desirable but not essential
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior track record of excellent customer service and effective teamwork with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, which can be demonstrated at all levels of the business.
- Proven capability of managing a varied workload in a challenging environment
- Proven knowledge of recruitment agency models
- Proven and extensive knowledge of contingent worker legislations
- Previous experience dealing with contingent workers and clients within a fact paced and demanding environment.
