The Opportunity
We have an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our People Success Organization (PSO) team to support the strategic transformation and business growth agenda in Glanbia.
Glanbia is establishing a program of work to enable and fuel the growth of our business units – Glanbia Nutritionals and Glanbia Performance Nutrition – through effective partnering, development of strategic functional capabilities and digitally enabled solutions and service delivery from our global shared functions.
This will be a key role in the PSO Team, working with the HR Functional Lead to fully manage to completion 8 strategic harmonization and standardization projects. Key Responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage various HR strategic projects related to standardizing and harmonizing policies, programs and processes across the global organization.
Creating a detailed project plan and governance structure for each project.
Managing project resources and teams to deliver projects on time and within set budget.
Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders and upper management.
Managing project risks and identifying potential roadblocks to success.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws and regulations.
Coordinating with various HR functions and Digital HR to ensure project success.
Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback to team members.
Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date. Skills required:
Experience in HR, Business Administration or a related field
Experience managing strategic HR projects in a large -scale change or transformation environment
Experience managing multiple projects at one time
Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions, levels and geographies
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong Project Management skills and capable of working with agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze and make sense of, and help drive decisions from large amounts of data
