THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer to support the achievement of driver fleet staffing objectives. Using our Applicant Tracking System, you will provide support and administrative services in all aspects of attracting, recruiting, selecting and inducting candidates, while providing support and input to improvement projects. You will join our national sourcing team who work together to achieve fleet sourcing objectives for each state.
The right candidate is enthusiastic, positive and has a professional approach to work. They have great written and verbal communication skills and is able to alter their tone and language for a diverse audience.
