Contracts Administrator Intern
We are looking for a Contract Administrator Temp to join our Target Rock team!
Our Contract Administrator Temp administers assigned contracts and required changes, ensuring compliance with government and/or commercial contract requirements. Analyzes estimates of material, equipment and production costs. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. Responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications. May do some contract negotiations.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary/hourly rate: $17.00 - $20.00 hourly
Your Challenge
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyzes estimates of material, equipment and production costs. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. May approves purchase orders and contracts. Works directly with customers to resolve open routine contractual issues. Initiates documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications. May do some contract negotiations.
