Description:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A POSITION AS A CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR FOR UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OVER $50M PLUS THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME KEY REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL MEET:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management (Quantity Surveying) or a related field is necessary.
- At least five years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role, with end-to-end delivery of similar projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional time management capabilities and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in software such as Procure, Cheops, and Aconex is a must.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Your responsibility is to administer subcontracts effectively, provide exceptional client service, and identify as well as minimize exposure to contractual and financial risks. You will join a highly experienced and well-resourced site team.
THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN YOUR MANAGEMENT:
- Creating, organizing, and evaluating subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Supervising and monitoring project expenses.
- Developing and implementing a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) system for the project.
- Coordinating Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients, architects, and consultants.
- Processing progress claims, variations, and invoices.
