Job Title - Contracts Administrator

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000
Location - Colchester, Hybrid 3 Days in office 2 Days from home

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Administering and overseeing contract agreements directly or by supervising internal and external resources.
  • Facilitating contract negotiations with Operational Partners, External Legal Consultants, and Sub Consultants.
  • Reviewing and updating current contracts.
  • Tracking contractual performance using spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring quality control measures are implemented.
  • Generating and distributing Purchase Orders.
  • Additional general duties entail the development and upkeep of document control files.
