Description:

Robert Half has partnered with a company dedicated to delivering excellence in the healthcare industry who is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to manage and oversee their contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are well-drafted, reviewed, and executed efficiently. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with legal requirements and protecting the company’s interests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be located in CO!
Experience with Apttus CPQ and Salesforce CPQ REQUIRED.
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
Experience in a sales background required.
Experience entering and tracking billing.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel, to ensure contract terms align with company policies and objectives.
Track contract status and milestones, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and propose solutions when disputes or issues arise.
Maintain a comprehensive contract management system and organize contract documentation.
Stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and recommend necessary updates to company procedures.
Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding contractual matters.
