WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

With a number of landmark projects currently on the Gold Coast along with upcoming opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the QLD team.
Based on-site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Administrator (Senior) is responsible for the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.
From fostering strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants, administering the Head Contract to financial reporting, this role operates in a dynamic environment and requires exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Together with relevant qualifications in commerce/finance/law or a related discipline, we would like candidates to have experience working in a senior commercial role within the construction (or related) industry. High level experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, understanding of tender processes, financial knowledge of construction costs and legal knowledge are key to this role. Other key attributes include an analytical mindset, problem solving skills and exceptional stakeholder management, specifically with our suppliers/subcontractors/customers.
