Description:
Brillient is seeking a Contract Analyst who will manage contracts and agreement systems, special projects, contract and agreement reviews, managing contract financials and tracking services. The desired candidate will provide contract administration assistance and possess the skills to be organized, proficient with contract repository systems, understanding of US Federal Accounting regulations with contracts and subcontracts, provide research reports and be precise, accurate and thorough with all tasks assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Contract support experience with Federal government prime contracts, including demonstrated experience supporting various contract vehicles and required government reporting and audits.
Experience working with a variety of contract types such as Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
Knowledge of reporting and accounting regulations under the Small Business programs preferred.
Knowledge of Teaming and Joint Venture Agreements ( Mentor Protege SBA ) programs
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include SharePoint, Excel, and Word; Unanet experience is desired but not required.
Ability to prioritize competing priorities and effective time management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
Experience being privy to and protecting sensitive company information.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and support reports, documents, research for Special Projects related to contractual business obligations. This includes support and activity required for Prime Contracts, vendors, subcontractors, purchase orders, and all acquisition activities that the company may participate in.
Support the renewal process for various GWAC, IDIQ, and BPA schedules, including annual extensions and option year exercises.
Support internal contract and subcontract kickoff activities and handle multiple contract actions with short turn-around times in a fast-paced environment, tracking deadlines, renewal dates, and other critical information as necessary.
Ensure PCAs receive the set-up and maintenance of contract information in the company’s accounting system.
Ensure PCAs set-up and maintenance of contract and subcontract files to ensure a complete and correct set of electronic documents is maintained and fully compliant with regulatory requirements, company policies, and guidelines.
Responsible for on-time submission of all required government reporting.
Research contract language, regulations, terms, and conditions, in particular the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), GSA contract regulations, or similar State/Local Regulations or policies to provide compliance guidance to the business team.
Communicate effectively with internal team members across different functions and client/program teams. Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements for contract management in compliance with company policy.
