Description:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy, challenging environment with experience in administration. Someone who is enthusiastic with good attention to detail and has strong communication skills.
You’ll be a key point of contact for external contractors & internal stakeholders in relation to CCTV and Access Control Systems. You’ll have a flexible approach to your work and be prepared to support all administration functions within our Safer Homes team. This varied role includes; general administration, responsible for making sure compliance with procurement, maintain the asset information of service contracts, communicating with contractors and other teams around the business, there is a requirement to attend all Abri sites.
You should possess excellent IT skills, with a good knowledge of MS software in particular Word and Excel.
You’ll be based either at our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) with ad-hoc home working and willingness to travel to different offices
