Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts law and regulations.
  • Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
  • Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
  • Manage contract amendments and variations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely contract documentation and record keeping.
  • Work closely with Legal Counsels, Project Accountants for necessary documentations and reviews.
  • Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.
