Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end contract life cycle
  • Undertaking quality assurance activities to ensure all controls, processes, documentation, and procedures are reviewed regularly and adhered to by both the business and the Supplier
  • Ensuring potential disputes or conflicts are raised at an early stage with clear escalation paths for resolving them
  • Collaborating closely with cross-function teams to ensure Holcim’s obligations under the Contract are met and to ensure business continuity
  • Reviewing the Supplier’s performance against Contract KPI’s and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and reviewing profitability of the Contract and providing recommendations to senior leaders to mitigate potentials risks.
  • Driving monthly and quarterly review meetings with the Supplier to address performance and service improvements (safety and quality)
  • Identifying, developing and implementing business improvement opportunities
  • Actively monitoring, analysing and optimising the contract spend by addressing any spend anomalies and developing mitigation strategies for cost avoidance
