Contracts Manager
Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home and hybrid working.
Base location: Reading with hybrid working - in the office 2 days per week
Working Pattern: Permanent Full time
Salary: to £60k dependent on experience + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial Contracts Manager to join us, playing a vital part in managing key supplier contracts. You will work collaboratively with a skilled cross functional team, with significant exposure to C-level stakeholders. You will have the gravitas to act as a business generalist, with the ability to influence at all levels and contribute more widely. Key accountabilities will include:

- Effective management of supplier contracts that support Neos Networks network and the delivery of services to our customers.

- Ensure contractual compliance and monitor the performance of suppliers.

- Understand how contracts align to network support cost or align to customer contracts.

- Responsible for liaising with suppliers and for obtaining pricing for BAU requirements, pre-sales and in support of bids

- Ensure that Neos obtain best value.

- Manage the vendor library identifying and progressing contracts due for re-view/renewal.

- Establish regular reviews with key stakeholders to understand any issues with suppliers and provide updates on contract performance and compliance.
- What do I need?
You will have experience of operating in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performing commercial function. You will be customer focussed with a positive, challenger mentality, committed to delivering exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following:

- Relevant commercial experience with thorough knowledge of commercial finance, commercial contracts and investment management/growth/commercialisation of assets.

- Knowledge of the Telecoms industry and experience negotiating and managing contracts in a telecoms industry environment is essential.

- Proven track record of supporting sales organisations in a b2b environment.

- Demonstrable use of market, supplier and customer insight, to identify commercial levers to create value and drive business

- Literate, numerate and structured in all forms of communication with excellent verbal and presentation skills up to and including C-board level

- Ability to multi-task, and work in an agile manner in response to business needs

- Willingness to learn and progress to improve personal and team performance
