SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualifications in Business, Finance, Law, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Business, commercial, and regulatory knowledge.
- Experience in contract management, legal, commercial, or project management.
- Successful track record in providing contract support for project success.
- Customer-oriented with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ASDEFCON procurement and contract suite.
- Leadership experience and risk/opportunity management expertise.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE: CONTRACT MANAGER
Join us to play a pivotal role in optimising Thales’ contract co-ordination and management. As a Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible to identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks while uncovering commercial and continuous improvement opportunities throughout the contract life cycle. This is a full-time permanent role based in Garden Island, NSW.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage contracts and standing offers within the Above Water Systems portfolio.
- Support bids and projects with contract and project administration.
- Analyse and review customer non-technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of technical requirements and associated priorities.
- Support the Capture/Bid team in identifying contractual requirements.
- Ensure contractual obligations are completed, managing changes and disagreements.
