Description:

We are looking for a diligent Accounting Assistant to join our client’s accounting team. The role entails supporting contracts, reconciling invoices, interacting with customers, collecting documents, and maintaining contracts. This is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the support of contracts, ensuring they are processed and maintained efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle the reconciliation of invoices, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Engage directly with customers, providing top-notch service and resolving any issues or inquiries.
  • Collect and organize documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and properly filed.
  • Maintain and update sales agreements, ensuring all sales activities are correctly recorded and tracked.
  • Apply your skills in Account Reconciliation and Contract Administration to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Process credit applications and maintain contracts as part of the role’s key functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software programs is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in contract administration is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical skills and an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
