Job description
At Amaris Consulting, we are currently seeking a Control System Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work on an Undetermined Duration Contract in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering, configuration, and commissioning of systems related to medium (and high) voltage networks. You will also be tasked with training our customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Automation, Electricity, Electronics, or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a System Engineer in HV electrical control systems
Experience with RTU & HMI, as well as configuration software like Siemens Sicam Device Manager, Sicam SCC, Sicam Toolbox, or WinCC
Experience in carrying out software studies for electrical control systems
Fluency in French and English

BONUS SKILLS:

Experience with deeply technical discussions with different stakeholders such as Sales colleagues, customers, management, and project managers
Ability to translate deeply technical aspects into an effective solution for the customer

Responsibilities:

Engineering, configuration, and commissioning of systems related to medium (and high) voltage networks

Acting as a technical expert to define and determine appropriate solutions and support less experienced colleagues
Performing configuration and conducting factory and on-site tests
