Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Control Systems Engineer with Water sector experience to join the Perth team.

We currently have an opportunity available for a Control Systems Engineer to join the Water Group with our Perth team.
Our national team of specialists are responsible for delivering great outcomes to our clients for critical industrial automation and control technology. Your ability to build positive relationships founded on trust will assist you in providing expert technical advice to clients around their electrical engineering and automation project requirements. Working on the very latest technology, you will lead the tendering, design, integration, programming and commissioning of digital and analogue control systems.
Key responsibilities
Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions.
Understand and develop results that meet the customer’s real needs.
Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project.
Skills and experience
Experience in the design of automated or process control systems.
Experience working in the water, infrastructure or Food & Beverage sectors.
PLC, SCADA, RTU/ Telemetry, HMI, IT/OT networking and variable speed drives experience.
Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider and/or other programming and commissioning experience.
Clear SCADA experience is desirable
Demonstrable experience integrating legacy systems.
Knowledge of machine safety systems would be an advantage.
Knowledge of drives and soft starters would be an advantage.
Project management experience would be desirable.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Key requirements
Relevant Engineering degree and project experience
Australian drivers licence.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
