Who are we looking for?
You lead the strategic objective to have an End-to-End load monitoring and client communication in place 24/7 by implementing new standards, tools, processes …
You are in real time (3x8) end responsible for (Service Management) control tower management & visibility with real-time data/analytics to control and improve logistics performance, overall production costs and customer mood.
You are part of the Service Management team.
What are your duties?

In Real-Time, you are in charge of the Control Tower, organized around (inter)national product lines while ensuring operational proximity consisting of the following activities:

• Monitoring all assemblies E2E on load level – resulting in an E2E product flow view and deviation management – including monitoring performance and steering of our suppliers. Ensuring our customers get timely updates of their transports according to our mutual agreements.
• In case of deviations, steering the right actions throughout the E2E organization (including countries) to ensure impact towards end clients is as low as possible and as cost efficient as possible (in collaboration with the RT Execution)
• Ensuring client communication: complete, in-time and with accurate information.
• Ensuring creation of freight letters for the goods to be transported is done correctly & on time
• Ensuring all the required pre-production activities are successfully managed.

You are doing this by:

• Managing a team of logistics professionals in a challenging environment subject to strict quality specifications
• Developing processes to manage international cargo movements end-to-end
• Developing standards for client communication, preferred by digital solutions
• Actively collaborating in the implementation of the E2E Control Tower tool
• Supporting the definition of relevant performance KPI’s and associated target levels, owning the accountability to meet the agreed service levels
• Together with the Fulfilment development manager, develop the capabilities of the control tower team, this mainly through strong leadership, business expertise & change management focus.
