• You actively participate in the company budgeting process, and partner with all budget owners across the organization. You will rapidly own a significant part of the process
• You analyze variances versus the budget and previous periods on overhead (payroll and non-payroll) and marketing costs
• You ensure the financial information is accurate by controlling the data points in upstream systems (DATEv, Spendesk/SMACC, Personio) and support the Accounting and HR team in enhancing the data quality over time
• You own the process of recognizing internally developed intangible assets and partner with our product development team
• You assist business managers by monitoring their level of expenditures and financial performance as well as visibility on their budget position
• You support the Head of finance in the preparation of monthly financial reporting for business managers, C-level executives, and investors
• You support for special projects and ad-hoc analyses
