WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?

As Controller, you are market responsible for supporting the business to meeting or exceeding business growth and EBITA targets and for building and maintaining a “Winning Team” with a strong focus on employee development. You will support the business with reliable and relevant information to challenge and inspire the business. And not least to ensure that the business is driven in accordance with our policies and procedures at all times. Lead and manage your team within finance, HR and IT. In the Regional Finance Leadership team, your role will be to give input on prioritization regarding the global initiatives, add value to the design of selected projects and support the implementation of the global projects.
This person will report directly to the Regional Finance Director.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Day-to-day control and analysis of the company’s financial situation.
  • Analysis of contracts concluded by the Company and draft of contracts. Estimation of the risk of entering a contract.
  • Responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial strategy.
  • Responsible for month-end closing activities.
  • Responsible for full budget and forecasting process.
  • Preparation of the reports for local authorities including Statistical Office.
  • Preparation of the multiannual strategic plans.
  • Proactive cost and NCW management with focus on continuing improvements,
  • Full responsibility for the cash flow.
  • Employee management including payroll, compensation management, benefit administration and disciplinary actions.
  • ESG reporting including energy, water, business ethics cases, health & safety incidents.
