DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

We are excited to be recruiting for a Operations Finance Inventory Controller –to join our team based at our International HQ in Dublin. This role is critical to driving the creation of our Central Inventory team for CSCI Consumer Self Care International) Segment.
This role will sit within CSCI Operations Finance and have a direct reporting line to the CSCI Ops Finance Senior Manager. You will be a key role within the team who are gatekeepers for Inventory data and driving collaboration with supply chain leadership to make inventory driven operating decisions through analysis of the CSCI Inventory.
This role is based at our Global HQ in Dublin in a Hybrid working system, 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote working.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Ideally a recognised professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modelling skills.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  • Results orientated, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Be detailed-oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and independent individual who can serve as a business partner and a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact around end-to-end inventory, business partnering with Supply Chain and Commercial Clusters.
  • Drive implementation and control of Inventory policy, management and reporting across Perrigo
  • Promote and increase awareness of all aspects of Inventory management across the organisation.
  • Analyse Supply Chain and inventory data and perform trend analysis.
  • Responsible for all Net Inventory adjustments and in particularly managing ageing and specific provisions on behalf of the group, driving commercial actions to sell on at-risk and ageing stock.
  • Participate in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for CSCI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing drivers of unexpected variances in Inventory Actuals Vs Projections
  • Work closely with Supply Chain partners, Commercial and FP&A Finance leads, Central Shared Services centre & Operations teams to ensure processes are streamlined and executed efficiently.
  • Look at opportunities to enhance and automatize reporting capabilities with recently implemented initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders, especially senior leaders.
