A client of ours is looking for a Controller for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidations, proficiency with Hyperion HFM and S/4 Hana, and a must experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience with OneStream is a plus.
Responsibilities of Controller
Oversee and manage the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
Utilize Hyperion HFM to perform financial consolidations, reporting, and analysis.
Leverage S/4 Hana for financial data management and integration.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Coordinate with various departments to gather, analyze, and report financial data.
Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion.
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications of Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
5+ years’ experience as a Controller; previous corporate controller with manufacturing experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with Hyperion HFM and SAP S/4 Hana.
Experience with OneStream is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and GAAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
