Description:
Robert Half is recruiting a reliable, detail-oriented Controller for a privately owned industry leading organization. This position requires top financial leadership skills, overseeing all accounting functions along with frequent cross-departmental collaboration. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential.
Responsibilities:
Manage cash including tax execution, AP, and daily banking
Prepare monthly, year-end financial reports, P& Ls, and balance sheets
Oversee department employees in Payroll, AP, AR, and Collections
Be the backup for billing, payroll and settlement processing
Assist in customer contract management, Aged AR review & collection
Participate in Accounting Set-Up for our new Brokerage Company
Manage implementation of digital processes for AP and billing
