Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join their dynamic team. As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial reporting. This position requires a professional accounting designation and a strong background in financial management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
