QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure timely completion and accurate reporting
