Job Description

• Designing reports and dashboards, developing prototypes and creatingand#xa0;specifications;
• Ensuring theand#xa0;implementation together with global internal service providers;
• Adapting and specifying corresponding processes and procedures;
• Ensuringand#xa0;data quality and data flow in all process steps;
• Driving continuous improvement of controlling services/reports including Master Data set up and maintenance (create, delete, update, customize existing dashboards and create new ones from scratch);
• Having the capacity to identify automation opportunities and to work with technical teams in development of automations as per the expected activity outcome;
• Being able to lead analytics and automation projects at team level or process wise and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved;
• Ensuringand#xa0;good communication with customer organization;
• Preparingand#xa0;and updatingand#xa0;desktop procedures, process and work instructions;
• Being responsible for different additional ad-hoc tasks required by controlling department, management.
