THE ROLE

If you are a Controls and Electrical Engineer this is an opportunity for you to be the technical and project lead in these areas for this Company and help grow the range of project solutions they offer.
The Company have existing local Marlborough clients who want this work done locally, so the need is already there, and you don’t need to travel away from home to do this job, a plus for many Controls Engineers.
You will partner with the Company’s very established third party Controls & Electrical Contractor to assist you in making this work happen, so you won’t get overloaded.
You will consult and advise clients on new controls and electrical systems then do the concept design, pricing, and full engineering design and delivery of these projects, wearing a project management hat too.
You will be supported by in-house electricians who will do the hands on work.
The Company has doubled in size over the last three years, yet they still cannot keep up with demand. So, you will have work stability within a growing Company and industry sector.
The Company has a diverse workforce, with employees from various international backgrounds and they are open to hiring people from a variety of backgrounds.
Right now The Company is a selected finalist for a prestigious engineering award for some innovative product development. This will open up a lot more business in time, so this is a great time to join them.
I have found their Managing Director very easy and open to chat to as well.
