Description:

Bring a deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a robust experimentation mindset to the table. Develop and implement website strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition. Implement and oversee rigorous testing and experimentation, enabling us to optimize and improve conversion rates across our website properties. Web analytics expertise to track organic and paid performance across all digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a proven track record of improving website conversion metrics through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Experience with website optimization and A/B testing tools; ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
  • Experience in front-end web design and development (experience with Drupal is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and test results, and turn them into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Solid expertise in web analytics, including GA4 and GTM.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on CRO.
  • Experience in online tracking methods, tag management, and data layers.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • B2B background mandatory; SaaS background is a plus.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • A/B testing or CRO certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance using various analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Optimize the website funnel and continuously experiment with messaging, creative, and CTAs, web page structure to drive website handraisers.
  • Develop a roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies.
  • Execute A/B optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end website experimentation process to optimize web pages and landing pages: hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection, test execution, results-measuring and reporting, and follow-up optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand priorities and pain points while developing tests/hypotheses.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of user behavior on websites, recognizing the impact of information presentation on user actions.
  • Understand user experience (UX) principles and best practices and advocate for user-centred web design methodologies; ensure that web and mobile interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with user intent, while delivering on the CRO goals.
  • Monitor the effectiveness/performance of website through robust data analysis and key findings identification.
  • Web Analytics for all digital channels (website, digital ads, etc.), including tracking setup, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Optimize website content, including copy, images, videos, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire website conversion funnel, from initial user engagement to conversion, and implement strategies to reduce drop-off rates at each stage.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on high conversion rates and message alignment.
  • Provide Quality Assurance (QA) checks before website page launches, checking for user experience and web analytics implementation.
  • Partner with Design, Content, SEO, and Web Development teams to finalize content for personalization or testing.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on CRO performance to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRO tools and technologies; strive to professionally evolve.
