We have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.
The Conversion Team Leader will proactively lead their team, manage all assets within their remit and support their Shift Manager to achieve the site business objectives in a timely manner. This will be attained through KPI adherence in conjunction with other targets which may be set.
Full commitment to fair and positive management is required and a ‘can-do, problem-solving attitude’ with the ability to welcome change and actively seek continuous improvement and overall efficiencies are a must in this role. Flexibility, a dynamic proactive approach and people leadership and development skills are paramount as is a customer centric focus.
The role holder may be required to step into the Shift Manager role when required for cover.
Shift Pattern: The attractive shift pattern involves working a mix of 12-hour day and night shifts working an average of 14 shifts per month.
Salary: Competitive salary of £33,990 per annum
