QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexographic or Lithographic printing experience (preferred but not mandatory).

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Converting Operator, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced manufacturing operation, responsible for the operation and upkeep of cutting-edge machinery and equipment. Your primary duties will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adherence to Safety Protocols: Following safety procedures at all times.
Machine Operation: Operating converting machinery efficiently and effectively.
Quality Control: Ensuring product quality meets standards.
Clear and Concise Decision Making: Making accurate and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating within a team dedicated to achieving production goals.
Flexographic and Lithographic Printing (preferred but not mandatory): Experience in these areas is a plus.
