My client is a well-established and reputable law firm with a strong focus on residential property and conveyancing services. They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Paralegak to join their dynamic team and play a key role in their continued success.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, agents, and other parties to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of property sales, purchases, and transfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with 2 years+ of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of UK property laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and case management systems.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Oversee the due diligence process, including property searches and title investigations.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in transactions.
- Manage the exchange of information and documentation between all parties.
