Description:
The Conveyancer will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth and timely transfer of property ownership for our clients and the coordination of leasing deals. This position involves managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, from preparing legal documents to liaising with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (in accounting or related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations for trust accounts across 5 offices to maintain compliance with provincial real estate boards.
- Balance relevant month-end reports, reconciling any discrepancies as appropriate.
- Receive and record sales contracts, transaction reports, commission, and deposit cheques.
- Generate conveyance instruction reports for leasing and sales.
- Process deal completion and liaison with accounting and operations.
- Work with local Operations Managers to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping for all real estate transactions performed in Canada.
- File and scan documents for archive purposes.
