Description:

This role involves but is not limited to: -
Carrying out all required administration duties on a conveyancing file
Opening files on the case management system
Providing cover for telephone, email diverts and taking messages
Applying for searches
Preparing files for archive & audit
inputting client details into the case management system
Undertaking ID checks/Conflict checks on file
Photocopying & scanning documents/plans
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Obtaining copies of office copies of title from Land Registry
Requesting redemption statements
Prepare initial completion statement
Ensuring SLAs and compliance adhered to
Ensuring file checklists are up to date and followed correctly
Undertaking accreditation and internal training within specific timeframes when required
Using internal and external systems where appropriate and necessary to complete tasks
Requirements:
Residential conveyancing/legal experience
Ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently & within a team
Excellent attention to detail
