• The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE;
• Need to be able to “hit the ground running”
• Experience in all areas of conveyancing in client facing roles;
• Strong commercial experience preferred;
• Strong IT proficiency.

• All areas of residential conveyancing;
• Acting for both purchasers and vendors;
• All areas of residential and commercial leases;
• Acting for both landlords and tenants re-mortgaging residential property;
• Acting for developers in relation to the sale of housing estates;
