Responsibilities :

  • Operational Management :Oversee the daily operations of the exchange, ensuring efficient business processes.Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Team Management :Build and manage the operations team, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of business goals.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s overall capabilities.
  • Market Expansion :Analyze market trends and develop and execute market expansion plans to increase market share.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the exchange brand and enhance user engagement and loyalty.
  • Customer Service :Supervise the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues.Collect user feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Risk Management :Identify and assess operational risks, developing preventive measures and emergency plans.Ensure exchange operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements :

WORK EXPERIENCE:OVER 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL INDUSTRY OR EXCHANGE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, WITH BLOCKCHAIN OR CRYPTOCURRENCY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS THE MUST.

  • Skills :Excellent leadership and team management experience.Familiar with exchange business processes and operational management models.Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively handling internal and external communications.
