We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at our Oakey Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our elderly residents in a compassionate, efficient, and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for our residents, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including storage and handling of food, utensils, and equipment.
- Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with other staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Assist with seasonal menu planning.
