COOK POSITIONS AVAILABLE I KULUIN

6 shifts a fortnight with the ability for more. Hours are Friday, Saturdays and Sundays each week from 7:30am to 5pm
Regis Kuluin takes in stunning views of the mountains and hinterland. The surroundings are continued in Kuluin’s multiple garden outdoor living spaces. Located on the Sunshine Coast, Regis Kuluin is a 10-minute drive from Maroochydore and has good public transport links.
Food is a great pleasure, and this role will support us in ensuring that Regis meals create joy in the daily lives of our residents. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.

• Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance including food safety, WHS and quality
• Stock control and ordering
• Resident dietary management
• Kitchen and food cost management
• Production and delivery of high-quality meals
• Service excellence around all aspects of the dining experience
• Strong front of house presence including communication with residents and families
• Provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth operation
