    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced cook to join our friendly and dedicated team within an established kitchen in a corporate environment.
    Working within a small team you will be required to deliver a diverse range of catering requirements including a la carte, display cabinet, hot box, daily specials and corporate catering in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day to day running of the kitchen
  • Responsible for menu planning, cabinet food, a la carte and daily specials
  • Documentation of recipes and food costings as requested
  • Responsible for all daily food preparation of hot/cold food and presentation
  • Daily ordering and stock rotation
  • Overseeing the delivery of food
  • Maintaining daily and weekly cleaning of back of house, kitchen area

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Experience in running the operation of a small kitchen
  • Efficiency is a must
  • Great organisational skills
  • Superior attention to detail and creativity
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate within your role
  • Experience in grab-and-go and eatery style cuisines
