WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to assist in our product development process. This role involves managing line lists, pricing files, our product database, and samples. You’ll work closely with our design, sourcing, and sales teams to hit pricing targets and make sure our product launches are a success. You’ll get to be part of developing and rolling out seasonal merchandise plans, bringing fresh and innovative products to the market while supporting our brand goals and helping our business grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other areas (design, sourcing, marketing, planning, e-commerce and sales) to insure communication and alignment, efficient go to market process, high levels of new product adoption and on time delivery.
  • Track success of new products and provide key learnings for future developments: [sell-thru, retail placement, consumer reviews].
  • Aide in analysis of SKU rationalization and management of brand framework.
  • Organize competitive analysis, understand product trends in current marketplace and implications for our products & strategy.
  • Establish line lists & costing analysis.
  • Owns sample inventory – organization, ensuring correct reference samples available, sending samples to sales team and for key account meetings.
  • Submit product and packaging developments to Royalty Zone for New Balance corporate approval.
  • Support key account sales meetings preparations.
  • Manage all aspects of item set up process in BlueCherry, ensure accuracy for all item details.
  • Manage UPC code requests.
  • Work with team to ensure processes are established and documented.
  • Provide back up support to teammates as needed.
