Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide high level clinical review and administration of the NSW Ambulance Authorised Care Plan program. This position will work closely with the Manager Complex Care and Frequent user, Manager End of Life and Palliative Care, and Senior Manager Integrated Care and the Director, Medical Services.

Please note: This is a temporary twelve (12) month position with possible extension.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Demonstrated background and knowledge in clinical practice for the provision of a high standard of out of-hospital care, including sound understanding of the principles of principles of end of life, palliative care and the management of complex medical conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and incorporate legislative requirements, organisational policy and procedures.
- Advanced computing skills including the use of inReach, Content Manager, Kiteworks, Microsoft Office and providing high level system administration.
- High level interpersonal skills, to enable effective communication with diverse groups of people, including vulnerable cohorts, demonstrating a customer focus whilst working independently and as part of a team.
- A sound understanding of the requirement to engage with stakeholders from vulnerable populations and design program initiatives to address priority areas
- Demonstrated ability to liaise/communicate with members of the public about the Authorised Care Plan Program
