Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator for Supply Chain will be focused on both operations and transportation aspects of our Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale fulfillment centers located in The Netherlands, UK and UAE. Our Supply Chain Coordinator will assist our EMEA Supply Chain Team by monitoring shipment and operational activities through the use of various internal and external reports, service provider websites/tools as well as our visibility application.
This job is located at our Regional Office in London, UK

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to internal customers as it relates to the routing, tracking, and delivery performance for all merchandise shipments
  • Field inquiries from internal customers and external vendors regarding shipment issues, carrier services and department procedures
  • Serve as the primary Transportation contact for Store Operation related business needs (e.g. service issues, reporting, data analysis, etc.) and day to day operations
  • Participate in meetings with internal customers and external service providers
  • Contribute to process improvements, both within Transportation and Operations
  • Learn IT and reporting systems capabilities and implement as needed (e.g. PowerBi)
  • Identify issues and implement resolutions in a timely fashion
  • Perform ad hoc data collection and analysis as needed
  • Ensure accurate estimated delivery dates are updated for internal reporting
  • Perform inventory reconciliation process between internal and external system

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Support the evaluation and selection of service providers
  • Lead meetings with external partners to drive results
  • Take corrective action with service providers on sub-standard performance
