You will have:

  • Knowledge and experience working in a unionized environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret information for clients and provide direction
  • Ability to support project work, stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing service excellence to clients and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet strict deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate technical aptitude with HRIS (PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Suite

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent degree
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience working with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM is preferred.
  • Experience working in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
