What You Will Do:

  • Prepare documents for filing with the OEB, reviewing for format consistency and professional appearance.
  • Ensure documents are filed with the OEB on time and in the format specified by the OEB.
  • Fulfill the Notice process for OEB proceedings and ensure that documents are provided to intervenors and stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure intervenor cost claims and Regulatory invoices are processed in a timely fashion to appropriate cost centres.
  • Create and maintain Sharepoint site for all LTC regulatory applications, providing technical SP support to users as needed.
  • Provide technical support in Teams Planner/Power Automate for use in LTC regulatory applications
  • Ensure a historical record is created and maintained for all LTC regulatory applications (electronic and/or hard copy).
  • Prepare and distribute binders for internal and external parties if required
  • Support other Regulatory Coordinators to manage workload across the Regulatory team
  • Support OEB hearings/technical conferences by providing document references to participants in real time (in-person and/or virtual)

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree and limited experience or a senior level administrator with five or more years of experience.
  • You have a keen attention to detail.
  • You can work under pressure of a due date and multiple simultaneous projects/tasks.
  • You can work in a team environment.
  • You are proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and general document management techniques including compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements.
  • Familiarity with MS Power Automate and web posting software and techniques would be an asset
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion.
  • Ability to travel to other EGI offices and/or the Ontario Energy Board office (Toronto) on occasion.
