THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a highly collaborative and plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating The Home Edit’s consumer-facing creative and brand strategy initiatives. The role requires a strong
analytical approach to problem solving, the ability to build relationships and work with a variety of team members across multiple divisions and disciplines. You will work across multi-channel marketing campaigns that include television, live tours, commerce, book publishing and IP launches. Experience with talent-led and/or social-first brands is a plus.
This position is preferred for onsite in Nashville, TN.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years’ experience in social media planning, marketing, project management, or strategy for a global brand, successful creator, media company, or entertainment entity
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Impeccable time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an excellent collaborator
  • Self-starter and creative thinker with astute attention to detail; you are proactive and able to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
  • Ability to pull data from varying sources and maintain tracking against goals

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Marketing group and executive with administrative tasks, calendaring, and logistical tasks
  • Supports leadership with critical administrative tasks for the group at large such as asset & data management, contract execution and vendor management
  • Provides departmental support, including managing inter-department calendars of key events and initiatives
  • Coordinates the daily workflow of all marketing campaigns, including campaign activations and post-campaign recaps.
  • Organizes and oversees tactical day-to-day execution of brand marketing, sponsored digital content photo and video shoots, and virtual events.
  • Supports the department in marketing activities surrounding The Home Edit’s key initiatives including project management, creative support, special projects, and routing of key marketing information.
  • Coordinates the creation and maintenance of annual marketing calendar including campaigns, product launches, and promotion.
  • Owns all tracking and reporting on marketing led initiatives in collaboration with consumer insights & data leadership, as well as channel leads (i.e. social), and sales & operational leads.
  • Coordinates the workflow of incoming press requests in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Marketing.
  • In close collaboration with the services team, coordinates and manages all VIP projects’ social deliverables.
  • Collaborates with business and functional partners to support and help execute against their respective marketing goals.
  • Supports the management of external creative, media and management agencies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in art direction, design, and photography, and incorporate new ideas into The Home Edit’s creative process.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the creative team and the company.
  • Foster and participate in the overall The Home Edit and Hello Sunshine values and vision.
