Summary: Coordinates with production and office staff to insure documentation is completed in a timely manner. Maintains audits spreadsheet for each client. Assist in the validation of quality processes by identifying and resolving problems, measuring production; documenting evidence; analyzing data statistics and updating quality assurance procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
  • Good written communication skills and teamwork oriented.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal or no supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills required to communicate problems verbally.
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments daily as required.
  • Ability to assist quality supervisor in quality and production improvements.
  • Understands engineering drawings and customer specifications.

EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Technology or Business Administration, 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/sales environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill documentation and reports requirements for the Quality Management program.
  • Review daily paperwork for accuracy and completeness and follow up as needed.
  • Creates documents such as checklists, work instructions and quality standards, for production employees.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
  • Participates in weekly quality meetings and follows up on meeting outcomes.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Coordinator: schedules surveillance and registers audits and assists resolving corrective actions.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data analysis through Scan Tracker system.
  • Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships .
