We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator to join our dedicated Recruitment & Selection team, who love what they do and do what they love. You will have a passion for coordinating, organising, and supporting the team with a variety of recruitment-based operational activities within the People & Culture division. This is a full time/permanent position (part time may be considered) based at our head office in Doncaster with WFH/Hybrid options available.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Advisor Recruitment & Selection, the focus of the role is to coordinate operational activities and provide advice relating to recruitment and selection processes in consultation with relevant department/regional stakeholders. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Support various recruitment and selection processes from commencement to conclusion, ensuring an open and transparent process is followed
- Effective coordination of the recruitment and selection process including preparation of documentation and files, posting advertisements, shortlisting, reviewing applications where appropriate, arranging interviews, participating on panels and at assessment centres, conducting reference checks and maintaining relevant job files on AV systems & networks
- Effective and timely inbox management and distribution of documents and correspondence to candidates
- Contribute and support ongoing improvements to recruitment and selection processes, candidate management practice and customer service
