JOB OVERVIEW:

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who serves as a member of the multidisciplinary patient care team. The CRN will work with the primary nursing care team to promote and maintain high-quality patient care by facilitating throughput, supporting the Director Patient Care, coaching and ensuring that the facility’s procedures, practices, and standards are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• BSN degree
• Additional experience required based upon specific department needs

Preferred:

• Completion of Clinical experience in NLN accredited school

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

• Full Time
• Day shift
• 40 hrs weekly
