Job Description

  • What’s On Your Plate?
  • Assist the Acquisition/Account team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
  • Facilitate communication between potential restaurant partners and the Acquisition team.
  • Support the Account Management team in handling routine inquiries from existing restaurant partners.
  • Help in organizing and updating account information in the assigned sheet by line manager
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of critical information in our systems.
  • Regularly update and maintain records of restaurant partner details, contracts, and communication logs.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and calls between teams and external partners.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on acquisition and account management activities.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Provide initial response and support in resolving issues raised by restaurant partners.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant team members in a timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions for the Acquisition and Account Management teams.
  • Facilitate the collection of feedback from restaurant partners regarding their experiences and services.
  • Compile and organize feedback for review by the Acquisition and Account Management teams.
  • Support teams in performing basic analysis of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Prepare summaries of market research findings for internal review.
  • Responsible for activating campaign’s & in-app products
  • Expected to efficiently handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner management.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company to ensure effective communication.
  • Distribute internal updates and announcements relevant to the Acquisition and Account Management teams.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns for restaurant partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Contribute to identifying areas for process improvements and efficiencies within the teams.
  • Participate in initiatives to implement new processes or systems.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in auditing and reviewing processes for compliance.
