Job Description
-

Coordinate job postings on various job boards and social media platforms

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiting events
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Assist in creating job requisitions and updating job descriptions and job advertisements
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and updated.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications
-

High school diploma or equivalent education

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
