Put your expertise in the spotlight
As an ambassador of the Talent team, you will be called upon as the first point of contact for all questions directed at the Talent team by the client groups assigned to you, thus making the employee experience your priority. You will work in collaboration with the Talent Business Partner assigned to your client groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administrative management of employee files. Develop a key partnership with the Talent Partners and various specialists, such as coordinatorson shows and different teams like HRIS, Compensation, Payroll and Health Management and insurance teams;
  • Write various letters. Whether its job offer letters or mandate extensions, every detail will be carefully thought out and orchestrated;
  • Analyze and enter transaction requests in the Talent databases (SuccessFactors, Workforce, etc.).Your rigor and work organization will bring a real added value;
  • Answering employee questions. You’ll ensure a top-notch employee experience by guiding employees throughout their journey in the Cirque family;
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing tools and processes. Your initiative in proposing and implementing improvements will make a real difference in your work and will be highly valued.
  • Participate in a range of projects. You will be given the opportunity to grow through your involvement in various initiatives of the Talent Operations team.

You possess the following professional and technical skills:

  • A college or university diploma;
  • One or two years of experience in human resources generalist coordination;
  • A distinct customer service orientation;
  • Thoroughness, organizational skills,proactivity and a talent for collaboration;
  • Fluency in English and French.
